Projects for Liam:

• [x] Rep Statements Project - go through templates folder and copy and paste language from Rep Statements into textexpander and then deletes 4138 from templates folder (first 2 pages)

1. Weekly Meetings - just to touch base with everyone, should be 15-30 minutes max on Tuesday mornings (no one likes Monday morning meetings)

3. NEW! Exposures Tab: On your initial setup once we get VBMS Access

   • Review TERA or ILER memos in the file in VBMS (if there are any) and list all toxic exposures from those forms and note the date of the TERA/ILER Memo (*If it’s on a TERA Memo, it’s conceded by the VA - so mark Conceded by VA? YES)
   • Review prior decisions in the favorable findings section for all claims and add any exposures the VA has openly conceded and note the date of the RD and what claim they related the exposure in the favorable findings section (mark Conceded by VA? YES)
   • Review potential exposures from the client on intake and list those in the Exposures Tab and note where that info came from (intake from client or veteran statement and date) (*if these exposures are NOT included in a TERA/ILER Memo or Favorable Finding in a previous decision, make sure you put Conceded by VA? NO)

4. What I’m Working On:

   1. Cleaning up TextExpander - cleaner language and organize everything better (links, shortcuts, email templates, rule statements)
   2. Cleaning up Jotform and Cognitoforms - consolidating everything from Cognitoforms over to jotform - PLEASE STOP SENDING COGNITOFORMS LINKS!!! THEY WILL EXPIRE ONCE I ARCHIVE THE FORMS AND I AM GOING TO ARCHIVE ALL THE FORMS ONCE I HAVE BUILT THE FORM IN JOTFORM Go to jotforms > VA Disability Folder for all VA Disability forms available (ALL JOTFORM LINKS)
