Client Follow-Up Tracking - If you’re waiting on anything from a client, enter the date requested and what you’re waiting for in the special note flag at the top of the case. Update it when the client responds so Barbra can rely on it when they call.
Client Filing Their Own Claims - Clients agree not to file their own claims. If they do, withdraw representation immediately. We will no longer clean up messes created by clients ignoring this rule.
Respect & Boundaries - We are here to help, but we are not doormats. If clients repeatedly disrespect staff or demand unreasonable turnaround, we will withdraw from representation. Forward any concerns about withdrawals to me or Erik.

If we withdraw from rep on someone’s case, we are NOT going to be re-entering into representation for them (with LIMITED exceptions). Going forward, this needs to be communicated to them during onboarding so they know what to expect.

This is a law firm, not a merry go round. We will not be re-entering if we withdrew because they were unresponsive, because they fired us before, because we finished everything in their case and now they want to file for something else, because they didnt show up to their comp & pen exams before, because they were abusive to us, none of it.
If we lose VBMS Access:
Limited Exceptions if the guy signed with DAV and didnt realize it but we’re going to lay this out in the groundrules and show them what an appointment of rep form looks like
