1. From the Documents Tab, Select + Generate New
  2. Select Rep Packet to Intake
  3. Select the Party Name and Name of the Client (you have to select it twice for some reason) and generate the Rep Packet to Intake
  4. Send to client using SignRequest

*Make sure you call or text them to let them know to look for an email from us to esign their Rep Packet. SignRequest has automatic reminders set up every day until they esign it, so you don’t have to manually follow up every day. However, if it’s been a few days, check in with the veteran to make sure they received it and answer any questions they have about the rep packet.
