These goals were set in 2023-2025 but never fully completed. They're still relevant.

Better Communication with Clients (from 2023)

[ ] Welcome kit for new clients walking them through the process
[ ] Milestone emails educating clients about each phase
[ ] Drip campaigns to check in regularly throughout the process
[ ] Revamp OSDRI website to be more interactive

2026 update: The AI intake system and client portal (I.M.P.A.C.T) would solve most of this. JotForm auto-routing is the first step.

Streamline Appeals Process (from 2025)

[ ] Standardize HLR argument workflow (4-layer framework documented)
[ ] Standardize Supplemental Claim workflow
[ ] Template library for common appeal scenarios

2026 update: HLR strategy is now documented in Home Plate. Statement Builder Agent will automate appeal statement drafting.

Streamline Mail Process (from 2025)

[ ] Digital intake of incoming mail
[ ] Tracking system for VA decision letters received
[ ] Process for cases where we've withdrawn from rep but still receive mail
