🔍 What to Expect Next
- We Request Access to Your VA File: It takes about 3–4 weeks for us to receive access to your full VA file. This is a critical first step that allows us to build a personalized strategy for your case.
- We Build Your Case Strategy: Once we’ve reviewed your file, we’ll send you an email with our initial strategy that includes links to online questionnaires for any claims that need more detail. Your answers help us strengthen your case and avoid unnecessary denials or delays, so your cooperation is vital during this part of the process.
- Submit Application with Evidence: After we receive your responses, we compile your entire application into one clean, well-organized packet. We’ll email it to you for electronic signature, and then we submit your completed application — along with all evidence — directly to the VA.
