This statement provides the OSDRI legal team with a better insight into your C&P appointment(s) and helps ensure that you receive the most accurate rating for your condition/illness. Once all Comp & Pen exams have been completed, we will be waiting for the Comp & Pen examiner to submit their report to the VA. Once the report is submitted, we will be waiting for the VA to gather all relevant evidence for your claim(s) (Comp & Pen Reports, Statements, Medical Records and Service Records). Once all the evidence is gathered, we will be waiting for the VA to issue a decision on your claim(s).
