We have submitted the representation paperwork to the VA and are now your representative. Once the legal team is able to download your VA file, we will be conducting a review of any claims filed in the past and/or claims that are currently pending to determine the best route for each claim you are looking to file or have already filed.

Now, here comes the leg work. We need you to complete a statement survey for each claim you wish to pursue.

Remember the judges reading these statements may not have served in the military or fully understand each MOS and the duties completed on a daily basis. We must paint a picture for the VA to help them understand why you believe these conditions were caused or aggravated by your time in service

You must provide multiple specific examples of how you believe your conditions were caused by the service as well as how each claim affects your day-to-day life and your ability to earn an income.

Regardless if you have filed claims in the past or not, we will need you to complete the statements below.
