- Send out a teaser email! We recommend doing this about a week before launch, and using the template located in our Launch Hub.
- Send a reminder email or notification . This can be done in your messaging platform (Slack/Teams), or via email. Remind your employees that later that day, they’ll be getting an email from Nectar to create and set up their accounts.
- Send Invites - Log into Nectar, navigate to the Users tab, and click “Resend all Pending Invites”. This will immediately send an email to all of your users who have NOT set up their account yet.
- Resend pending Invites 2-3 days, and 1 week after initial launch - Follow Step 3 again a few days after launch to trigger another email to employees who haven’t created their account yet.
