- Make sure we’re entering Preferred Contact Method in neos, AND FOLLOWING IT.
- some cl’s need phone comm. I get that takes longer and may not be your preference, but we’re keying off the client’s preference.
- Jotform is required on all statements.
- No more recording client conversations/statements
- Clean up voicemail boxes - none should be full

- must notify Ashley, in advance, before taking any further statements over the phone or in-person.

Staff Communication
- July SPRINT/TRAINING - org chart for working cases:

- Focus on cases assigned to you - no cherry picking.
- Tara - Ashley is your POC for any setup issues, needs.
- Ashley - utilize JOHN for hunting down AWOL clients that we need statements, etc. from.
This org chart is for WORK STUFF. Everyone comm’s w JOHN regarding PTO, blackout times during work hours, personal/personnell issues, etc.
FIFO not LIFO!!
