• [ ] AOJ Case Date (for Leah and Tara) - make sure they're only filling in the AOJ Case Date if they've done the AOJ Workup and they're not appealing ANYTHING - otherwise if they're appealing in SUPP or HLR or NOD they fill in that case date and get the points for submitting each type of appeal

• [ ] DRC Upload Notes - I'm tracking appeals submitted by the Case Dates entered and going by the Claims Advocate listed in the case when pulling the numbers for HLR appeals and NOD appeals, but for SUPPs especially, I'm looking at DRC Upload Notes to see who submitted the SUPP and giving that person the points

  • [ ] Can you make sure everyone is putting the form they're submitting in the beginning of the DRC Upload Note so it's easy for me to sort that report (it's on the Sprint Dashboard too) and I can quickly determine how many 526EZ/SUPP/HLR/NODs each person submitted and give them the points?
