• need to apply once every 30 days (can apply on the app)
• 41.5 cents per mile
• need to include info for how to request reimbursement on app and Kevin’s contact info for questions

Otherwise: call (401) 457-3387 (M-F 530AM to 700AM) to reserve a ride through DAV volunteer ride service
