🗂️ Staying organized in Neos is important because it helps us work more efficiently and effectively together. When everyone knows where to find the information they need and can easily collaborate on cases, tasks are completed more quickly and with fewer mistakes. Additionally, being organized makes it easier to track progress, identify roadblocks, and make adjustments to processes as needed.

⚠️
- the Phases of a case refer to the “50 foot view” - this tells us how the case is progressing
- the Class Codes refer to the “25 foot view” - this tells us which part of each phase the case is at that moment and whether the ball is in our court or the VA’s court
- the Case Dates are snapshots - this tells us how long each part of the case takes to complete
- the Checklist is the day to day tasks that need to be completed to move from Phase to Phase or Class Code to Class Code
