• Search for “ICD-10 code Z56.82” in the medical records - this code indicates “Problem related to current military deployment status” and can be used as evidence of a nexus between PTSD and military service.

Copying and pasting text from Page:

• For some C&P examples, the PDF is stored as an image in the VA system, which makes copying and pasting difficult.
• I recommend creating a note and selecting the area you need, then dragging a highlighted box over the specific text (see attached screenshot). Our system will use AI to extract the text, making it easy for you to copy. It requires a little effort, but it should help you.

Non-C-File Document Management now available in BETA!

We're happy to share that Non-C-File Document Management is now in Beta and available in your account.

You've always been able to upload files from outside the C-file into Page. Now you have a clear way to tell them apart in our summaries, file index and AskPage. Anything from a non-C-file document is explicitly flagged in yellow wherever it appears. You can use Page confidently for any file related to your client, whether or not it's part of the C-file.

What this gives you:

• Upload anything. Private medical records, pending filings, call transcripts, statements you're still gathering. Files are automatically marked as outside the C-file when you upload them. If you'd like to mark them as included in the C-file, you can always do so.
• You'll always know where information came from. Non-C-file information appears in yellow in your Client view, Conditions view, Timeline, and AskPage. You can know the origin without opening the file.
• Page keeps up as files make it into the C-file. The next time you upload a C-file, Page recognizes documents you'd already added, like a medical opinion that has since been filed, and lets you update them to be part of the C-file.

What’s New

Page has introduced a new Inbox feature that centralizes notifications and to-dos across all clients. The goal is to make it easier to track assignments, mentions, completed summaries, and other items that require attention. [[EXTERNAL]...age: Inbox | Outlook]

Key Features

1. Centralized Inbox

The new Inbox collects:

• Notifications across all clients
• Assigned tasks and to-dos
• Mentions in notes
• Items requiring action, such as uncategorized files

2. Team Member Tagging

Users can:

• Tag teammates in notes
• Assign tasks within Case Plans

3. Email Notification Controls

Page now offers settings that allow users to choose which notifications are also delivered by email.
