   • When: once we enter Rep
2. Evidence Email - discuss the different types of evidence and remind them to complete their statements (+ text reminder)
   • When: every 3 days from Initial Workup Complete (WORKUP DONE) until Development Complete (RFD DONE)
3. Development Complete Email - Comp & Pen Prep email
   • When: once development complete (RFD Done);
4. Monthly Status Email - still waiting for a decision on all claims from the VA; timeline for claims
   • When: every 30 days while case is in Initial Workup Phase (until AOJ DONE)
5. Monthly Status Email Appeal - waiting for decision on appeal; timeline for appeals
   • When: every 45 days (until DECISION DONE)
