Subject: Your VA Case: ACTION NEEDED!!

I am reaching out to you because we received notice from the VA stating we no longer have access to your VA case. This can happen for several reasons. Generally, it happens when you sign a 21-22a with another organization, such as the DAV or your local Congressman.

If you feel this was a mistake and wish for us to continue representing you, please let me know, and I will send you a new 21-22a form to E-Sign. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we may close your case in our system.
