Step 1: Install Citrix Workspace https://www.citrix.com/products/receiver.html.

• The first time you login to citrix portal, you’ll need to download the Citrix Workspace App for Windows - VA Remote Access Information

Step 2: go to VA Access Gateway. It will have you click on the top window that drops down with your affiliate access ID. Then click VBA - VBApp Desktop (save this as a favorite so you don’t lose it)

Double click the downloads file to open Citrix Workspace.

STEP 4: Syncing to OneDrive:

When you login to Citrix, here’s what you need to do:

1. Login to your OSDRI OneDrive account by going to www.office.com and entering your osdri email and password and sync OneDrive and save a shortcut to your desktop in Citrix

2. Bookmark the following websites:

   VBMS - https://www.vbms.vba.va.gov/vbmsp2/vso-ng#!/category/all

   Efolder Express - https://efolder.cf.ds.va.gov/

   CaseFlow - https://appeals.cf.ds.va.gov/queue

   Adobe Creative Cloud - https://assets.adobe.com/files#
