We cannot withdraw from a case because the client didnt answer immediately. We should give them at least a few (days? week?) to return a phone call or email

after EVERY email, send a text - most people do not check their emails daily, a text can help get them to check it right away

Better notes, did you leave a voicemail? what did you say in the voicemail? notes are crucial so everyone knows whats going on. Its hard to say well we called and left several voicemails if im not positive a voicemail was left.
