The letter you received dated — was also a CYA letter stating, “We may need additional evidence from you.” The VA has legal obligations to inform you of all the information needed to make a proper decision on your claim.  OSDRI has already sent the VA your Private Treatment Facilities information with the Authorization to release medical documents and your statement.
