Capri access through CAG now gets us the error message that our version of Capri is outdated, and takes us to the VHA page to "download" new software. The VHA portal says: "The latest version of CAPRI is now available from your desktop through the VA Applications Consolidated Servers (VACS), also known as "Goldstar". Once you've received approved access to CAPRI, after launching Goldstar, CAPRI National can be accessed from the network share."

• If you use the Citrix Access Gateway (CAG) to access the VA network remotely, Goldstar should be included in your CAG account. If not, please submit a request to the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) to have Goldstar added by calling 1-855-NSD-HELP (1-855-673-4357) or by creating an Incident in yourIT.
• Contact ESD at 1-855-673-4357, or email the VHA CO CAPRI Access mailgroup at [email protected] with questions or to troubleshoot error messages when logging into CAPRI.
