Accessing OneDrive in Citrix.mp4

  1. While logged into the Citrix portal, go to www.office.com and login to your OSDRI account in the top right hand corner (you will be logged into your VA account by default).

  2. Once logged in, navigate to OneDrive in the top left hand corner and sync the CloudDocs - VBMS Downloads folder to your desktop inside Citrix

  3. Login to your OSDRI email account again when prompted, and save the CloudDocs - VBMS Downloads folder to your Quick Access for easy access

  4. In your browser, select Downloads Settings and change the location where downloads are saved so they are automatically downloaded to the CloudDocs - VBMS Downloads folder in the Operation Stand Down OneDrive account

  5. Open a File Explorer folder outside of Citrix on your OneDrive account on your desktop and locate the CloudDocs - VBMS Downloads folder

  6. Drag and drop the folder or documents from the OneDrive folder inside the client’s Documents Tab in Neos
